4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any security credentials associated with your Account. You must notify bk8my immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 bk8my reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
All bk8my Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are conducted in MYR. bk8my does not charge internal currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.
5.1 bk8my is required under its international gaming authority licensing to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") on all Accounts before processing withdrawals. KYC may also be triggered at any time if bk8my has reason to conduct enhanced due diligence.

bk8my accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Deposits are credited to your bk8my Wallet upon confirmed receipt by bk8my's payment processor. E-wallet deposits are typically instant; bank FPX transfers may take up to 10 minutes.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your Account, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. bk8my reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds. bk8my does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, which may vary based on the payment provider.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties — including family members — are not accepted and may trigger Account investigation and suspension.
bk8my does not charge internal deposit or withdrawal fees. Any transaction fees charged by your payment provider are outside bk8my's control and are your responsibility.
7.1 All bets placed on bk8my are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, Mix Parlay) as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
7.2 bk8my reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error in pricing. 7.4 In the event of technical failure during a live betting session or live casino game, bk8my will endeavour to settle bets based on available data at the time of failure. Where outcome data is unavailable, bets may be voided and stakes returned to Wallets.

11.3 bk8my's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit bk8my's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by bk8my's negligence.
bk8my collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
